The front desk manager, Tron, was incredibly efficient in preparing all the paperwork for a quick and hassle-free check-in process. The location was convenient, being near the area visitors center as well as McDonald's, Burger King, and truck stops for any last-minute incidentals. The room was cozy and comfortable, allowing us to not notice the traffic noises despite being not too far off the highway. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a variety of options including hard-boiled eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, and juice. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring an enjoyable stay.

The noise from other rooms was noticeable until late at night, which could be a bit bothersome for those who are sensitive to noise.

Easy to find, close to restaurants and Alerus Center, price matching, friendly staff, adequate continental breakfast.

The pictures online were misleading, as the actual condition of the hotel was outdated and in need of major updating. The sheets were stained and the beds were uncomfortable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The rooms appeared dated and in need of a fresh coat of paint.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. Far East Buffet, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel😃👌

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent.

The location, right between the university and the airport, was perfect for my needs. The staffpeople were efficient when I told them a reading lamp wasn't working--it was fixed by the time I returned to my room a few hours later.

The wake-up call I requested never came! Fortunately I had a travel alarm clock that did ring.Also--the outside doors of the hotel were equipped with locks, but the locks were not in use & security was compormised. Finally, the hotel parking lot (right outside my window) was very noisy at midnight-3 A.M.

The price was reasonable and it was clean. Friendly staff.

The mattress was uncomfortable and the fitted shit for the mattress was to small so every time you moved the sheet came of so you spend more time putting it back on then you did sleeping.. So that old and tiring after awhile.
